One possible narrative of the Study of Magdeleine Paz series, developed in June, 2020 at the international art symposium Slovenija odprta za umetnost | Slovenia open to the arts #28, Sinji Vrh, Slovenia.
The series comprises documents of a research, drawings, collages, photos and six paintings aimed to create a (half-imaginary, due to the lack of documents and images) portrait of the writer and activist Magdeleine Paz (1889-1973).
The painting Study of Magdeleine Paz #1 was exhibited at a group exhibition of the symposyum’s participants in Galerija Lična Hiša (Ajdovščina, Slovenia, 24.6 – 31.7.2020). The painting Study of Magdeleine Paz #2 was exhibited at the closing ceremony of the symposyum in Sinij Vrh, Slovenia (27.6.2020). Both art works will be exhibited in other venues in Slovenia, Italy and Austria along 2020 and 2021.
